The Care Ministry at St. Christopher Parish provides compassionate support to caregivers who are tending to a loved one experiencing illness, disability, or the challenges of aging. Caregiving is a beautiful but often demanding vocation, and this ministry exists to offer relief, encouragement, and practical assistance. Our trained and trusted volunteers offer a few hours of respite each week so caregivers can rest, attend to personal needs, or simply take time to recharge. Support may include:

  • Staying with a loved one in the home
  • Providing transportation to doctor or therapy appointments
  • Assisting with trips to the grocery store or other essential errands

This ministry is rooted in Christ’s call to care for one another and recognizes the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of both caregivers and those they serve. By offering reliable and compassionate help, we hope to lighten the load and remind families that they are not alone.
